A Safe Space for Healing and Growth

I became a psychologist because I am deeply passionate about supporting and witnessing people on their life journey. My role is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can explore the most vulnerable parts of yourself and move towards healing, growth, and balance.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, shaped by your unique story, strengths, and needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and work to create lasting change using evidence-based approaches and a strong therapeutic relationship.

I work with adolescents (12+) and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Depression and low mood

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • Chronic pain and phobias

  • Adjustment to life transitions

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD and autism)

Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you with empathy, understanding, and practical tools.

Who I work with

My approach is person-centered and integrative. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to tailor each session to your needs. This means we work collaboratively, taking into account your life experiences, environment, and personal goals.

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all - it’s a flexible, evolving process where we discover together what resonates best for you.

How I Work

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
Helps identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours using practical, goal-focused strategies.

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR):
Uses guided eye movements to help the brain process and heal from distressing memories and trauma.

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):
Gentle tapping on specific points to release stored stress, trauma, and emotional pain.

  • Mindfulness & Relaxation Training:
Promotes calm and presence, reducing stress and supporting mental and physical well-being.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:
Develops strategies and confidence to navigate life’s challenges effectively.

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT):
Cultivates self-compassion and reduces shame or self-criticism for deeper emotional healing.
