More about me
I grew up in Sydney and began my journey into psychology with a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney. I went on to complete my postgraduate Honours and Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Bond University on the Gold Coast.
For the past nine years, I’ve been fortunate to call Bundjalung Country (Byron Bay) home. I love spending time in nature — whether it’s at the beach, in the ocean, walking through the rainforest or bush, or exploring the region’s beautiful creeks and waterfalls. I’m always up for trying new things, going on adventures, and connecting with friends. I’m also a big foodie with a strong interest in whole-body health, and I believe in nourishing our bodies as a way to support our minds.
For the last four years, I’ve worked at The Health Lodge alongside a diverse team of integrative health professionals, including naturopaths, clinical nutritionists, integrative doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, acupuncturists, and Chinese medicine practitioners. This experience has strengthened my belief in a truly holistic approach — that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and healing is most effective when we consider the whole person. More recently, over the past two years, I’ve also been part of Mudita Holistic Collective.
I have a particular interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy and have been closely following the progress of its legalisation in Australia. I look forward to the day when these therapies become more widely accessible as part of mainstream mental health care.
If you’d like to explore working together, I’d love to connect and support you on your journey toward well-being.
